Fishing, in which the player can use various types of bait in order to get different types of fish. Various mini-game activities are also new features to the series, these include farming in which the player gets to harvest goods to use in-game. Also new to the series, a village town is available for the player to freely roam. New to the series, certain characters will age over the course of the story. The game focuses on events surrounding the Sanada clan, ranging from a time period with the Takeda clan up till the events of Osaka Castle. The only downside is it takes forever to charge it up after completing objectives once before. While using them isn’t necessary, it can make life so much easier in battle because some of them get pretty rough at times if you’re not overpowered. Furthermore, they’ve also included a stratagem system into this which can give you an advantage in a battle or make a task much easier to complete. They also have added in a day/night cycle which switches thing up a bit but makes battle time limits shorter. The battles are very fun despite being a bit repetitive.
